Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Syxtherocrex website and furniture rental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable Danish laws and regulations, including the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven) and the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven). If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site or our furniture rental services.

Services

Syxtherocrex provides event furniture and décor rental services throughout Denmark. We offer a variety of Scandinavian-designed furniture pieces, table settings, and decorative items for weddings, corporate events, and special celebrations across Denmark, including delivery and pickup services to locations in Kolding, Copenhagen, Aarhus, Odense, and other Danish cities.

Rental Agreement

Booking and Reservation

All rentals are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only after:

• Receipt of a signed rental agreement
• Payment of the required deposit or full payment
• Our written confirmation of the booking

Rental Period

The rental period begins on the delivery date and ends on the pickup date as specified in your rental agreement. Extended rental periods may be available upon request and are subject to additional fees.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• A deposit is required to secure your booking
• The remaining balance is due before or on the delivery date
• Additional fees may apply for extended rentals, damages, or late returns
• All prices are in Danish Kroner (DKK) unless otherwise stated

Use of Rented Items

Care and Maintenance

You are responsible for the proper care and maintenance of all rented items during the rental period. This includes:

• Protecting items from damage, theft, or loss
• Using items only for their intended purpose
• Notifying us immediately of any damage or issues
• Keeping items in a secure location

Prohibited Uses

The following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Using items in a manner that could cause damage
• Modifying or altering rented items
• Subletting or transferring items to third parties
• Using items in violation of any laws or regulations

Delivery and Pickup

We provide delivery and pickup services as agreed upon in your rental contract. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring access to the delivery location
• Being present or having an authorized representative present during delivery and pickup
• Providing accurate delivery and pickup addresses
• Notifying us of any changes to delivery or pickup arrangements

Damage and Loss

Security Deposit

A security deposit may be required for certain rentals. This deposit will be refunded after inspection of returned items, minus any charges for damage, loss, or excessive cleaning.

Damage Charges

You are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rented items. Charges will be assessed based on:

• Repair costs for damaged items
• Replacement costs for lost or stolen items
• Cleaning fees for items returned in unacceptable condition

Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellations

Cancellation terms are as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event: Full refund minus processing fee
• Cancellations made 7-14 days before the event: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: No refund

Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel a rental agreement in cases of:

• Non-payment or breach of contract
• Unsafe conditions at the event location
• Force majeure events beyond our control

In such cases, we will provide a full refund of any payments made.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syxtherocrex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or rented items.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Syxtherocrex and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Website Use

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the website.

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
• Use automated systems to access the website without permission
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without authorization

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from these terms or our furniture rental services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts. For consumers residing in Denmark, you may also seek assistance from the Danish Consumer Complaints Board (Forbrugerklagenævnet) or the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
