This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning rented furniture and décor items to Syxtherocrex, operating in Denmark. As a furniture rental service, our return process differs from traditional retail purchases and is conducted in accordance with Danish consumer protection laws and rental service standards.
All rented items must be returned on the date and time specified in your rental agreement. We will coordinate pickup directly with you to ensure a smooth return process.
Items must be returned in the same condition as when they were delivered, subject to normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear includes:
Items should be returned reasonably clean. Excessive cleaning required beyond normal maintenance may result in additional cleaning fees. This includes:
Upon pickup, our team will inspect all items for damage, loss, or excessive wear. The inspection will be conducted in your presence when possible, and any issues will be documented.
If items are returned damaged beyond normal wear and tear, you will be charged for repairs or replacement. Charges are determined based on:
If any rented items are lost or stolen during the rental period, you will be charged the full replacement value of the item. We recommend keeping all items in a secure location.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the final inspection is completed.
If you need to extend your rental period, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup date. Extensions are subject to availability and additional rental fees.
Items returned after the scheduled pickup date without prior arrangement will incur late return fees:
If you wish to return items before the scheduled pickup date, please contact us to arrange an early pickup. Early returns do not qualify for refunds or credits for unused rental days.
We provide pickup service at your event location throughout Denmark as specified in your rental agreement. Items should be prepared for pickup in an accessible location. If items need to be picked up from a different location within Denmark than originally agreed, additional fees may apply based on distance from our base in Kolding.

All claims or disputes must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the return date. We will review your claim and respond within 10 business days.
In cases of severe weather or other force majeure events that prevent pickup, we will work with you to arrange an alternative pickup time. No additional fees will be charged for weather-related delays.
If your event is cancelled after items have been delivered, our standard cancellation policy applies. Items must still be returned, and charges will be assessed according to the cancellation terms in your rental agreement.
